Wettbewerbsaufgabe
The subject of the competition is the architectural design of modernised surgical facilities consisting in the new construction of a surgery building between Nemocnice street and the Bedrna Pavilion, and the subsequent reconstruction of the Bedrna Pavilion (object no. 21) and to do so in such a way as to ensure the functional operation of the surgical facilities, the Emergency (object no. 50) and the Internal Medicine Pavilion (object no. 10) for the entire period of construction and renovation.
The planned investment expenditures (not including expenditures for project documentation) for both the new building and the reconstruction of the Bedrna Pavilion are 1,800 million CZK exclusive of VAT. The goal of the competition is to arrive at the best possible operational-effective and architectonic design of the Surgical Centre.
