New Community Centre in Shinfield, Reading. The proposed 560 m2 new building will be situated next to the existing Parish Hall standing on the site of the old British Legion building. It is envisaged that the community centre will help to integrate the entire site, acting as a focal point and ensuring it becomes an attractive and desirable place to visit that encourages both local people and visitors from further afield. The project aim is to provide a sustainable, multi-functional building which can be adapted for all purposes.
