Wettbewerbsaufgabe
Located in the very centre of the city of Toulon, the district transformation of the former hospital into the neighborhood of creativity and knowledge aims at carrying the development of the city through a program of 15 500 m2 on 3 hectares dedicated to creativity and knowledge. Five new equipments for higher education and administration will be erected in the middle of a wide garden - called Alexandre 1er - which will be improved, opened on the surrounding environment and extended.
