Wettbewerbsaufgabe
Gegenstand des Architekturwettbewerbs sind die von Krulli Kvartal AS in Auftrag gegebenen Wohn- und Geschäftsgebäude, die auf den Grundstücken Volta 1d und Volta 1c in Tallinn (Katasterbezirke 78408:801:3300 und 78408:801:3270) geplant sind.
Der Kontaktbereich des Architekturwettbewerbs umfasst die an das Grundstück angrenzenden Straßen und das Gebiet des Krull-Viertels, das als multifunktionales Zentrum entwickelt wird.
Die Gesamtfläche der Grundstücke beträgt 7264 m².
Ziel des Architekturwettbewerbs ist es, die beste architektonische und funktionale Lösung für die Entwicklung von zwei Grundstücken in der ersten Phase des Krull-Viertels auszuwählen.
Die Gebäude müssen einen hohen architektonischen Standard aufweisen und für den Standort geeignet sein. Um die Ziele des Auftraggebers zu erfüllen, muss die Lösung realistisch, zu optimalen Kosten baubar, energieeffizient, komfortabel und funktional für die Endnutzer sowie mit geringen Betriebskosten verbunden sein.
Competition assignment
The subject of the architectural competition is the commercial and residential buildings planned for the Volta 1d and Volta 1c plots in Tallinn (cadastral districts 78408:801:3300 and 78408:801:3270), commissioned by Krulli Kvartal AS.
The contact area of the architectural competition includes the streets bordering the plot and the area of the Krull Quarter, which is being developed as a multifunctional centre.
The total area of the plots is 7264 m².
The aim of the architectural competition is to select the best architectural and functional solution for the development of two plots of land in the first phase of the Krull Quarter.
The buildings must be of a high architectural standard and be suitable for the location. To meet the client's objectives, the solution must be realistic, buildable at optimum cost, energy efficient, comfortable and functional for the end-users and with low running costs.
