Wettbewerbsaufgabe
Ein einfacher Wohnprototyp wird für Studenten mit 1 bis 3 Personen mit privaten Räumen und gemeinsamen Dienstleistungen konzipiert. Er wird als unabhängiges Element funktionieren und Teil einer Gruppe von 10 Einheiten sein. Es wird in eine natürliche Stadtlandschaft eingebettet sein und muss sich durch seine geometrische und zeitgenössische Ästhetik auszeichnen.
Die MILLENNIAL HOUSE UNIT wird als unabhängiges und gemeinsames Element als Studentenwohnheim fungieren und kann Teil eines Komplexes sein, der Dienstleistungen wie Eingänge, Wäscherei, Parkplätze, Besucherbereich usw. ergänzt. (die nicht projektiert werden).
Für die Konzeption des Prototyps ist es wichtig zu verstehen, an wen er sich richtet, für den er die Eigenschaften eines Smart House haben muss, das alle grundlegenden Aktivitäten von jungen Studenten erfüllt.

Competition assignment
A basic housing prototype will be conceptualized for students of 1 to 3 people with private spaces and shared services. It will function as an independent element and will be part of a set of 10 units. It will be located within a natural urban landscape and must stand out for its geometric and contemporary aesthetics.
The MILLENNIAL HOUSE UNIT, as an independent and joint element, will function as a Student Residence and may be part of a complex that complements services such as entrances, laundry, parking, visitor area, etc. (which will not be projected).
For the conception of the prototype, it is essential to understand to whom it is directed, for which it must have characteristics of Smart House, which satisfies any basic activity of young students.
