The competition is designed to study and develop a concept for an aesthetically and functionally cutting-edge hotel facility capable of helping assert new forms of luxury, well-being, hospitality and comfort in line with the bleisure trend in business tourism.
This trend is developing hand-in-hand with greater awareness on the part of clients not only of design but also the possibility of enjoying a global travel experience with hospitality facilities for work and concentration being integrated by emotional settings open to various realms of culture.
New forms of luxury and bleisure must be combined with high-quality international class architectural designs that will set the benchmark for people working in the industry and provide fresh guidelines for future developments.
Thanks to the involvement of important partners from the hospitality industry, the competition will offer architectural designers a top-class opportunity to get to grips with key issues in a rapidly developing sector and create new synergies.
