Ein Sensorik-/Spa-Hotel wird konzipiert, exklusiv, das sowohl Unterkunft als auch Spa-Dienstleistungen zur Verfügung stellt. Ein Lichtsignal wird projiziert, das als Aussichtspunkt und Wahrzeichen des Sees dient und von jedem Punkt des Umkreises des Sees aus ein Bezugspunkt wird. Der Leuchtturm kann Teil des architektonischen Elements des Hotels oder völlig unabhängig, aber mit der gleichen Zielsetzung sein.
Das Hotel Zen Lighthouse wird sich auf einem 9.000 m2 großen Grundstück vor dem Avandaro-See in einem exklusiven Gebiet der Region befinden und ist per Straße oder Schiff erreichbar, so dass ein Dock für kleine Yachten entworfen werden sollte, der Teil der Architekturvisualisierung des Ganzen sein wird.
Alle architektonischen Elemente müssen in direktem Zusammenhang mit dem See stehen und in eine nachhaltige Umgebung eingebettet sein.
Competition assignment

The Lighthouse may be part of the architectural element of the Hotel, or may be completely independent, but with the same language.
Hotel Zen Lighthouse will be located on a plot of 9,000m2 in front of Lake Avandaro, in an exclusive area of the region and can be accessed by road or ship, so a dock for small yachts should be designed, which will be part of the architectural visual of the whole.
All the architectural elements must have a direct relationship with the lake and framed in a sustainable environment.
