Wettbewerbsaufgabe
Der Wettbewerb beschäftigt sich mit dem Thema Belvedere, mit seinen verschiedenen Funktionen und den unterschiedlichen Nutzungsmöglichkeiten. Das Belvedere kann als Moment des Austauschs oder der Meditation gesehen werden, es kann ein Wahrzeichen oder etwas perfekt in die Landschaft Integriertes sein. Die Teilnehmer müssen eine architektonische Vorrichtung entwerfen, die sich harmonisch in die Flusslandschaft und ihr Ökosystem einfügt, indem sie innovative Funktionen vorschlagen, wobei eine Bezugsfläche von 4×4 Metern und eine Höhe von maximal 4 Metern zu berücksichtigen sind.
Die Vorrichtung könnte zur Aufwertung des Gebiets genutzt werden und sollte entlang des Flusses replizierbar sein, wobei alle neun Dörfer rund um den Bormida-Fluss (Bergolo, Camerana, Cortemilia, Gorzegno, Monesiglio, Levice, Prunetto, Saliceto, Torre Bormida) berücksichtigt werden.
Das Projekt muss die Identität des Ortes berücksichtigen, das Bewusstsein für die Umwelt schärfen, die Vergangenheit des Bormida-Tals in Alta Langa, die Auswirkungen des Klimawandels, die Wiederaneignung und Aufwertung der Orte und die Sicherung der Zukunft des Gebiets berücksichtigen.
Competition assignment
The competition moves around the topic of Belvedere, to its different functions and the different ways it is used. The Belvedere seen as a moment of sharing or meditation, it could be a landmark or something perfectly integrated with the landscape. The participants have to design an architectural device that is able to dialogue harmonically with the river landscape and its ecosystem, proposing innovative functions, considering a reference area of 4×4 meters and maximum 4 meters of height.
The device could be used to enhance the area and should be replicable along the river, considering all nine villages aroud the Bormida river (Bergolo, Camerana, Cortemilia, Gorzegno, Monesiglio, Levice, Prunetto, Saliceto, Torre Bormida).
The project must consider the identity of the place, raising awareness towards the environment, taking into account the past of Val Bormida, in Alta Langa, the impact of the climate change, the re-appropriation and the enhancement of places, safeguarding the future of the area.
Compito della competizione
Il concorso muove intorno al tema del Belvedere, alle diverse funzioni che può svolgere e alle modalità in cui viene fruito. Il Belvedere inteso come momento di condivisione o meditazione, come elemento di landmark o, al contrario, di mimesi nel paesaggio circostante.
I partecipanti dovranno progettare un dispositivo architettonico che si integri armonicamente con il paesaggio fluviale ed il suo ecosistema, proponendo metodi innovativi di fruirlo, considerando un’area di riferimento di circa 4x4mt, che non superi i 4mt di altezza.
Il dispositivo potrà essere immaginato come elemento di caratterizzazione del territorio e dovrà configurarsi come un’architettura replicabile lungo l’intera asta fluviale – in costa e in valle –, così da considerare ciascuno dei 9 comuni in affaccio sul fiume Bormida (Bergolo, Camerana, Cortemilia, Gorzegno, Monesiglio, Levice, Prunetto, Saliceto, Torre Bormida).
Il progetto dovrà partire dal tema della presa in cura del luogo, della sensibilizzazione al rispetto dell’ambiente tenendo conto del passato della Val Bormida, in Alta Langa, della consapevolezza sul climate change, della riappropriazione e della valorizzazione dei luoghi, salvaguardando il futuro dell’area.
