Ski municipality invites tenderers to a plan and design contest where a concrete proposal shall be prepared on how the new square, the lower square in the centre of Ski shall appear. The political decided function and design plan concludes that the square's central location enables the establishment of a central public room with a dynamic town life. An attractive public place for the inhabitants of Ski shall be created. The place must also connect to the current city room in a good manner. The new square shall not contain parking lots.
