About the Award
STAR STUDIO DESIGNS is a young organisation with disruptive concepts. We encourage the out of league, unique paradigms. Star Studio Designs(SSD) is presenting ‘DISRUPTIVE DESIGN AWARDS’ (DDA) to give voice to young architects, Designers, Interior Designers and creative people from all over the world and discovering new talent. All you need is a design that has potential to Disrupt the Built Environment World. We are also judging Best Illustrations!
Bachelor Students of ANY AGE are welcome! We prefer to encourage and promote projects & designs of current/recent students of Design Institutions, including those up to 2 years post qualification experience, from around the world. You can be a masters student also! Your project shall be reviewed, assessed and evaluated by the esteemed jury. Winners will be awarded a cash reward, a certificate and also an opportunity to get their design realized!
YES, STAR STUDIO DESIGNS will build your project! We encourage young talent through a platform to disrupt the industry as the world lumps down. We shall share your project with the Industry professionals, provide our support and facilitate conversion into a real space!
In this Digital blitz era, Star Studio Designs will also curate a digital exhibition to show off the Top 15 designs!
So, let’s liven the space up, create a DISRUPTION and let people know, YOU HAVE LANDED WITH A BANG!
Eligibility
Any Design Project from Young Professionals or students, batch of 2018 and onward. That means current students of 1st year to our super seniors, passed out in the last 2 years! Pass-out Batches: 2018-2025. Current students perusing masters are also eligible.
For, Interior Design projects, All 1st year-4th year students and only freelance projects are allowed. Please don’t submit projects done under the firm you worked for. Projects done under your own firm name are permitted.
All design backgrounds are welcome, we are aiming to create a varied pool of submission, although project should be architecturally focused, architectural projects of Urban Design semester are welcome, though, it is recognized that large scale projects are out of eligibility. You can be a Civil Engineer, Interior Designer, Interior Architect, Urban Planner or even a Product Designer, only the project should fit our criteria, not you.
