Wettbewerbsaufgabe
To design a new high-rise multifunctional complex adjacent to Shenzhen North Railway Station.
The site is part of the Shenzhen North Station Area, one of the busiest and fastest growing harbour cities in the world. The competition called for the design development of two urban blocks, incorporating four high-rise towers. D2 plot will be used for commercial office + hotel industry, with a total land area of 19.274 sqm, construction land area of 19.274 sqm, FAR is 9.0, building coverage 75%, podium height limit is 36 meters, 250 meters height limit for tower on the west side, 100 meters height limit on east side, construction area of 17.3470 sqm, including 48.000 sqm for hotel (more than 400 rooms) 30.400 sqm for business apartment, 66.000 sqm for commercial office, 29.070 sqm for shopping, building spacing must meet requirements of sunlight and fire spacing.
