Ziel: Die Herausforderung dieser Ausgabe besteht darin, sich ein Gebäude vorzustellen, das auf die Herausforderungen der Stadt in der Zukunft reagiert. Die Optimierung der Bodenbesiedlung wird unerlässlich, um den neuen Herausforderungen der Städte mit dem Bevölkerungswachstum zu begegnen. Man sollte auch die technologische Revolution und die Auswirkungen auf den Verkehr und die Kommunikation innerhalb der Städte berücksichtigen. Die Gebäude der Zukunft werden eher Kleinstädte sein.
Programm:
-Behausung der Bevölkerung: 5000 Einwohner (Sie können für verschiedene Typologien verteilen und weitere hinzufügen)
-Handel + Dienstleistungen - (Sie sollten einen Gemeinschaftsbereich im Gebäude in Betracht ziehen, der Handel und Dienstleistungen wie Supermärkte, Geschäfte, Büros usw. enthält).
-Das Gebäude muss die besten Praktiken der Nachhaltigkeit und Energieeffizienz übernehmen.
-Es gibt keine Grenzen für die Höhe des Gebäudes.
-Bereiche - nicht definiert
-Zugriff: Land und Luft
-andere Gebiete, die man in Betracht zieht.

Objective: The challenge of this edition is to think of a building that responds to the cities challenges in the future. Optimizing the occupation of the soil becomes essential to face the new challenges of the cities with the population increasement. You should also consider the technological revolution and the impact it will have on transportation and communication within cities. The buildings of the future will tend to be small towns themselves.
Program:
-Housing Population: 5000 inhabitants ( you are free to distribute for different typologies and adding more )
-Commerce + Services - (you should consider a common area in the building that contains trade and services such as supermarkets, shops, offices, etc.)
-The building must adopt the best practices of sustainability and energy efficiency.
-There are no limits to the height of the building.

We are an experimental platform seeking progressive ideas that reflect on emerging themes.
The eco design, sustainable architecture, new materials, concepts and technologies are compelling issues in the societies of the future and the involvement of the whole community is imperative. In an era of globalization where communication was dominated by the technological revolution, there is the need to rethink the cities and how Man can relate in a global World as well as rethink the economic, social and cultural patterns of contemporary societies.
The young creatives and thinkers are a precious commodity that we value a lot. We want to give them a voice.

A space where the time limit is used to stimulate your creativity.
The aim of this competition is to present answers in 24h to social problems, visionary ideas, humanitarian causes and sociologic problems of the contemporary societies.
Commitment, perseverance, inspiration and hard work are all the necessary bases to develop a proposal that meets the premises that will be released regularly in the brief of the competition.
We challenge you to prove your talent in 24 hours!
There is a period of registration on the competition, when it ends, starts the 24H competition!
You have 24H to develop a proposal that responds to the program contained on the brief that will only be available on the same day the competition starts.
