The client wishes to acquire functional, adequate, modern, energy efficient and sufficient spatial capacities for the operation of a male prison in the area of Ljubljana. The construction of a new prison facility is planned for 388 prisoners, the URSIKS training centre for employees, with a capacity of up to 100 daily users and the possibility of accommodating 30 persons, the arrangement of external surfaces, traffic arrangements, vegetable growing areas, protective fences and construction of communal infrastructure.
