Grieghallen Utbygging AS (der Auftraggeber) wurde 2021 gegründet, um das Projekt "Greigkvartalet" - ein neues Musiktheater in Bergen - zu realisieren. Im Rahmen des Griegkvartalet-Projekts wird die Grieghallen Utbygging AS ein neues Musiktheater am Edvard Grieg Platz errichten. Der Auftraggeber verlangt daher die Ausarbeitung eines multidisziplinären Lösungsvorschlags durch ein Team von Architekten und Fachplanern. Der im Rahmen des Planungs- und Realisierungswettbewerbs erarbeitete Lösungsvorschlag wird als Grundlage für das Projekt in den nachfolgenden Schritten verwendet.
Competition assignment
Grieghallen Utbygging AS (the contracting authority) was established in 2021 to realise the "Greigkvartalet" project - a new music theatre in Bergen. Through the Griegkvartalet project, Grieghallen Utbygging AS will establish a new music theatre at Edvard Grieg's Place. The contracting authority thus needs to get a multi-disciplinary solution proposal worked out by a tema of both architects and consultants. The solution proposal prepared in the planning and design contest will be used as the basis for the project in the work that follows.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Furthermore, the contracting authority needs to establish a subsequent contract for architect and consultancy services during the project. The service contract for architect and consultancy will be entered into in accordance with NS 8401:2010 "General Contract Terms for Engineering Design Assignments".
The contest will be held as a planning and design contest with a subsequent contest with negotiations without a prior announcement, cf. FOA parts I and V.

Number and value of the prize(s) to be awarded:
Three winners will be nominated in the planning and design contest. The three winners will be invited to a negotiated procedure for a service contract for architect and consultancy services. In addition the winners will each receive a prize of NOK 100,000. It is a prerequisite for the payment of the prize that the solution proposal is in accordance with the tender documentation parts I and II, cf. point 2.11.
IV.3.2)Details of payments to all participants:
Five tenderers will be invited to participate in the contest, if there are five qualified tenderers. All invited tenderers that submit an acceptable solution proposal will receive a prize of NOK 600,000 for their participation. It is a prerequisite for the payment of the prize that the solution proposal is in accordance with the tender documentation parts I and II, cf. point 2.11.
